Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a hash). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your account identifier and email address from that provider.
• Usage information: the feeds, sources, and extraction patterns you register, the read status of feed items, your language setting, and login dates and counts.
• Connection information: the IP address of your latest login and the country estimated from it.
• API keys: if you save a Claude or OpenAI API key for Auto Pattern with AI, it is stored in encrypted form.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Cookies and analytics: we use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms, and Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service, including fetching the pages you specify and generating and updating your feeds
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To respond to inquiries and send important notices about the Service
• To understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve the Service

3. Service providers and transfers

We use the following providers to operate the Service. Information may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States.

• Amazon Web Services: hosting and file storage (United States)
• Stripe: payment processing
• Google: Google Analytics and Sign in with Google
• Apple: Sign in with Apple
• ip-api.com: estimating your country from your IP address at login
• Anthropic / OpenAI: only when you run Auto Pattern with AI using your own API key, the fetched HTML of the page is sent to the provider you choose

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except with the service providers above, with your consent, or where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. When your account is deleted, we delete your account information, feeds, and related data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records by law. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to its use, by contacting info@funeco.jp. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws, including Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and, where applicable, the GDPR.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords as hashes, and encrypt saved API keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
