Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service fetches web pages you specify, extracts content according to patterns you set, and publishes the result as RSS feeds. We may add, change, or discontinue features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service on websites whose terms, robots rules, or applicable laws prohibit such access or use of their content
• Infringe copyrights or other rights of website owners or third parties
• Send excessive requests or otherwise place an unreasonable load on target websites or on the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or create accounts in bulk or by automated means
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally not refundable, except for clear billing errors. 5. Your content and API keys

You retain your rights to the feeds and settings you create. Content extracted from websites belongs to its respective owners, and you are responsible for how you use it. If you use your own Claude or OpenAI API key, any charges from that provider are your responsibility.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, have repeated payment failures, or pose a risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Because target websites can change at any time, we do not guarantee that feeds will be generated or updated without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our location in Japan as the court of first instance.
